{"id":146128,"date":"2018-04-10T15:16:11","date_gmt":"2018-04-10T15:16:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/icelandictimes.com\/?p=146128"},"modified":"2024-07-12T16:46:26","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T16:46:26","slug":"interview-with-a-whale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/icelandictimes.com\/de\/interview-with-a-whale\/","title":{"rendered":"Interview mit einem Wal"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>Eine unglaubliche Geschichte aus den Westfjorden<\/h5>\n<p>Am ersten Augustwochenende im Jahr2009, einem nationalen Feiertag hier in Island, hatte ich ein Erlebnis, das mein Leben ver\u00e4ndern sollte. Ich befand mich mit meiner Familie auf der Farm Hella im Steingr\u00edmsfj\u00f6rdur in den Westfjorden. Ein wunderbarer Ort, wo man tief in die Natur eintauchen kann, und das Gras wachsen h\u00f6ren kann. Auf der anderen Seite des Fjordes liegt H\u00f3lmav\u00edk, ein Fischerort mit ein paar hundert Einwohnern, an der Fjordm\u00fcndung findet man Drangsnes mit nicht viel mehr Einwohnern, und auf der Insel Gr\u00edmse dra\u00dfen im Meer wohnen dann nur noch Papageientaucher.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/icelandictimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Picture-127.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9676 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/icelandictimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Picture-127.jpg\" alt=\"Picture 127\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/icelandictimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Picture-127.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/icelandictimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Picture-127-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/icelandictimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Picture-127-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/icelandictimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Picture-127-80x60.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>Abenteuer am Morgen<\/h5>\n<p>An diesen Morgen hatten sich unsere Kinder fr\u00fch auf den Weg zum Strand gemacht, um Abenteuer zu erleben. In der Regel passiert ja nichts, wenn man Abenteuer sucht. Aber an diesem Morgen war das anders. Die Kinder fanden n\u00e4mlich am Strand von Hverav\u00edk einen Wal. Einen echten Blauwal, der noch lebte und Wasserfont\u00e4nen in die Luft blies. Keine Stunde sp\u00e4ter standen wir alle am Strand und betrachteten das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Lebewesen der Welt. Es war m\u00f6glicherweise auf der Jagd nach Makrelen zu nah an den Strand geschwommen und im flachen Wasser gestrandet. Makrelen hat es fr\u00fcher nicht so weit n\u00f6rdlich gegeben, Meeresforscher glauben, da\u00df die zunehmende Erw\u00e4rmung der Weltmeere f\u00fcr diese neuen Fischz\u00fcge verantwortlich ist.<\/p>\n<h5>Mit dem Wal im Wasser<\/h5>\n<p>Ich holte meinen Tauchanzug, lie\u00df mich mit einem Seil sichern und watete her\u00fcber zu dem Kolo\u00df. Ihn anzufassen, auf seinem R\u00fccken zu sitzen und sein Leben, sein Gurgeln und Blubbern zu sp\u00fcren, vom Wasser aus seinen Font\u00e4nen \u00fcbersp\u00fclt zu werden, war ein unbeschreibliches Gef\u00fchl! Es schien als wisse der Wal genau, da\u00df wir helfen wollten. Was bei 200 Tonnen Lebendgewicht nicht einfach war, doch der 20-Tonner MS Sundhani aus<\/p>\n<p>Drangsnes kam uns zur Hilfe und w\u00fcrde zusammen mit der Flut versuchen, den Wal ins tiefere Wasser zu ziehen. Wir befestigten ein Seil um die Schwanzflosse, und tats\u00e4chlich gelang es mit vollem Maschineneinsatz, den Kolo\u00df zu bewegen. Und hier beginnt die zweite wunderliche Geschichte: der Wal blieb beim Schiff, umschwamm es mehrmals und hob das Seil sogar mit seinem Kopf an, als wolle er uns zu verstehen geben, da\u00df das lose h\u00e4ngende Seil seinen sicheren Tod bedeuten w\u00fcrde. Ich bin also ein letztes Mal ins Wasser gegangen, diesmal ganz alleine und im vollen Vertrauen, da\u00df er mir vertrauen w\u00fcrde. Und das Wunder geschah \u2013 der Wal lag bewegungslos im Wasser, wartete, bis ich das Seil entfernt hatte und schwamm dann ruhig davon.<\/p>\n<p>Vom Strand aus sah ich meinen Freund noch lange wie einen riesigen Schoner durch die Fluten des Fjords brechen, auf seinem Weg in die Freiheit.
