In Einarsgar\u00f0ur, westlich von Landsp\u00edtalinn, steht sie aufrecht als Skulptur von J\u00f3hannes Clausen Bjerg (1886-1955), dem ber\u00fchmten d\u00e4nischen Bildhauer. Sie ist eine meiner Lieblingsstatuen in Reykjav\u00edk. Eine weitere Statue, die einen Besuch wert ist, ist das Werk von Magn\u00fas T\u00f3masson (1943). Ein Monument f\u00fcr den unbekannten B\u00fcrokraten steht \u00f6stlich vom Rathaus, westlich von I\u00f0n\u00f3. Eine Statue, die mit ihrem Gewicht voll ins Schwarze trifft.
