In Island geht sie immer falsch. Mittags, wenn die Sonne am h\u00f6chsten steht, ist es erst halb drei. Stattdessen, wie jetzt im Dezember, ist es um die Mittagszeit hell und erst gegen drei untergegangen. Die Morgen sind dunkel, aber nachmittags haben wir viel Licht. W\u00fcrden wir die Uhr umstellen, w\u00fcrden wir uns weiter von Europa entfernen, aber etwas n\u00e4her an Nordamerika heranr\u00fccken. Das w\u00fcrde einen Unterschied von vier Stunden zwischen Reykjav\u00edk und Helsinki bedeuten, drei Stunden zu Stockholm, Paris und Madrid und zwei zu London und Lissabon. W\u00e4re es nicht einfach besser, im Sommer n\u00e4her an Europa zu sein? Icelandic Times \/ Land &amp; Saga hat jetzt um die Wintersonnenwende herum immer wieder Probleme mit dem Licht, wenn es kaum hell ist, aber selbst dann ist es um halb drei noch hell.
