On y sert m\u00eame des plats v\u00e9ganes. Le plat signature du restaurant est l\u2019omble chevalier grill\u00e9 servi avec une sauce hollandaise \u00e0 l\u2019aneth, des pommes de terre nouvelles, du fenouil et du poireau.
