L\u2019imposant restaurant Su\u00f0ur-V\u00edk de V\u00edk \u00ed M\u00fdrdal combine tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, et bien plus encore: vue splendide sur de pittoresques stacks \u2013 ces piliers de pierre dress\u00e9s dans l\u2019oc\u00e9an \u2013, sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s gastronomiques pr\u00e9par\u00e9es localement, b\u00e2timent historique et ambiance familiale. La maison en elle-m\u00eame est situ\u00e9e sur une colline avec vue panoramique, dans l\u2019une des plus anciennes b\u00e2tisses de V\u00edk construite en 1902. En effet, vous y trouverez des mat\u00e9riaux et traditions locaux m\u00eal\u00e9s \u00e0 une touche moderne et \u00e0 l\u2019ajout bienvenu d\u2019influences tha\u00eflandaises. Tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont d\u2019origine locale, absolument tout: le poisson frais, la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e, sans oublier la rhubarbe destin\u00e9e \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du traditionnel porridge \u00e0 la rhubarbe islandais. La fiert\u00e9 du restaurant Su\u00f0ur-V\u00edk, c\u2019est leur pizza. Selon eux, c\u2019est la meilleure de la r\u00e9gion, et un bon nombre de clients ne vous diront pas le contraire ! Parmi les autres classiques au menu, vous trouverez le sandwich au steak \u2013 toujours appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 \u2013, qui d\u2019apr\u00e8s Ben, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point \u00e0 la perfection par le personnel de cuisine. Bien entendu, vous trouverez aussi \u00e0 la carte plusieurs fins mets tha\u00eflandais qui ajoutent une touche de vari\u00e9t\u00e9 la bienvenue dans ce petit village islandais.<br \/>\nLe restaurant Su\u00f0ur-V\u00edk est ouvert de 12h \u00e0 22h.
