A Sunny Day in Reykjavík

The capital puts on a different face when it basks in the sunbeams in June, during the brightest time of the year. There is bright greenery everywhere, and constructors race against time to make the most of the favourable climate to get their work done. Icelandic Times could not resist going out and about to catch a glimpse of the ever-developing urban landscape, as plenty of construction work is currently underway. Meanwhile, the natural parts of the city mostly stay the same and can be enjoyed in the immediate vicinity. That is undeniably one of the most appealing benefits of living in Reykjavík—the proximity of nature is always just a few steps away.
