Norlandair operates scheduled flights from Akureyri. To Þórshöfn, Vopnafjörður, Grímsey island and to Greenland. They also operate charter flights & Ambulance flights.
Norlandair can be traced to 1974 but officially with that name to 2008. The company started to fly to East Greenland in 1975 on top of domestic flights from Akureyri.
