Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, one of Iceland’s biggest attractions is located right on the south side of the Ring road. Join any of the tours there to get closer to the icebergs breaking off from the glacier.
During high tide, the sea flows into the lagoon and there is a very big chance you will seals basking in the sun on the icebergs floating in the lagoon. This is a must while exploring the south side of Iceland.
