Looking back VI

It’s good for the soul to glance backward—especially when the weather forecast looks grim. After a stormy low passes through, better days always follow, here at home and in the lands east and west of us. History has taught us that much.

When you look through the more than seven hundred photographs we published in November and December here at Icelandic Times, a quiet wonder settles in. Wonder at the beautiful moments that slipped, almost by chance, into the camera’s frame.
These are the memorable instants, moments that will likely outlive any brief spell of harsh weather. Happy New Year, dear readers.
