Ahead is the construction of a 27,000 m2 magnificent residential building mixed with offices and shops at Grensásvegur 1. These are three houses consisting of apartments, car basements, offices and shops.
The architects of the buildings are Archus / Ríma Architects and Mannvit will take care of the engineering design and supervision.
