Saltvík offers different types of riding tours, both short day-tours from their farm to longer rides that last from 5 to 9 days in the highlands of Iceland. They also have shorter riding tours from the station by Lake Mývatn during the summer months.
Saltvik only uses the best-trained horses for their excursions along with professional staff to make sure you will have an excellent riding trip in the Icelandic nature, both up in the harsh but stunning highlands down to the lush valleys of north Iceland
