Hulduhólar in Mosfellsbær are situated just below Vesturlandsvegur (Highway 1) approximately 15 km distance from the center of Reykjavík. What used to be a farm, cowshed and barn are now Steinunn Marteinsdóttir artist’s workshops where she works both on her ceramics and paintings. On the ground floor is the entrance to the ceramic workshop and the gallery. On the 1st floor is a large and bright workshop which is used for exhibitions when needed along with a big living area on the ground floor. At Hulduhólar art works are made and exhibitions held. Steinunn also teaches courses now and then in the ceramic workshop.
