Every cottage is free of fragrance, mould, as well as other chemicals. Smoking is not allowed in the cabins. Every care is taken to offer healthy accommodation for people who suffer from allergies, have respiratory problems, or have chemical sensitivity. Every care is taken to disinfect the houses between uses and hand sanitiser is provided in each house.

There are plenty of hiking trails from the cottages where guests can enjoy everything Icelandic nature has to offer. Birdwatchers will also be in for a treat as the area has a rich birdlife.
