Ulfljótsvatn Scout Centre

Útilífsmiðstöð skáta Úlfljótsvatni is located on the south of lake Úlfljótsvatn. It´s an open campsite with good attractions for families. From there lies lots of walkingpaths, there you can rent boats ond fish in the lake.

Úlfljótsvatn scout centre is the major outdoor scout centre in Iceland but also open to the public. We offer indoor accomodation all year round and a 5 star camping site during the summer. Lots of activities are available for 

Úlfljótsvatn scout centre is the major outdoor scout centre in Iceland. Even if the centre is owned by the scouts it is open to everyone. We offer indoor accomodation all year round and a 5 star campsite during the summer. The centre offers a wide range of activities and we are eiming to serve young people and families weill. An example of our activities are: a climbing tower for climbing and abseiling, good sports facilities, boat rental, fishing in the lake, a playground and more. The centre has a guest kitchen for groups cooking for themselves as well as catering service where you can buy all your meals.

Útilífsmiðstöð skáta Úlfljótsvatni is located in southern Iceland, about 26 km from Thingvellir. It is an open campsite with good attractions for families. The scout centre is situated in a very beautiful landscape with many interesting hiking paths in the area.
This is a campsite with good accommodation for induviduals as well as groups. Hot and cold water, electricity, showers and a guest laundry.
