The Icelandic Museum of Rock ‘N’ Roll in Reykjanesbær will open its doors to the public for its first exhibition on Saturday, 14th March. Dedicated to one of Iceland’s best known singers, Páll Óskar, a.k.a. Paul Oscar, the exhibition is entitled ‘Paul Oscar – A Pop Star’s Private Collection’. It pays tribute to the singer’s life and career through a large collection of memorabilia which the singer amassed throughout his life. Interactive displays allow visitors to hear his songs and sing along in sound-proof booths.

The exhibition coincides with the pop star’s 45th birthday on March 16th and will run throughout the weekend of March 14-15. Doors open at 3pm Saturday and light refreshments will be served.

NB.-Free entrance only this weekend, and afterwards, normal admission prices will be charged.
