Harpa – Astor Piazzolla for two pianos

The Chamber Music Society begins this season in full swing, hosting not one but two concerts this weekend!
The first one, Saturday, September 30th at 16:00, will be dedicated to Astor Piazzolla’s tango music, transcribed for two pianos, performed by Domenico Codispoti and Esteban Ocana. The next concert will be on Sunday, October 1st at 16:00, with piano trios by Smetana and Brahms, performed by Sigrún Eðvaldsdóttir, Bryndís Halla Gylfadóttir and Domenico Codispoti.

The Chamber Music Society has been operating continuously since 1957. The Chamber Music Society’s concerts are held in Harpa (Northern Lights) on Sundays as advertised at 16:00. The Society’s season of 2023-24 will include a total of six concerts.
