A nine hole golf course is close by and for those who are looking for adventure, you can look for Egill Skallagrimssons‘ silver. According to the history of vikings, Egils‘s silver is hidden in Tjaldanes. It has never been found, so guests are welcome to go looking for it!

It takes only 10 minutes to drive to Skálafell, a great ski area in the winter time and good place to go four wheel mountain biking in the summer time.
