Fosshotel Eastfjords

Located on the East coast of Iceland, Fáskrúðsfjörður is renowned for its magnificent nature and scenery. Fosshotel Eastfjords is in a historic building built in 1903 and previously used as a hospital for French fishermen. In 1939, the house was then disassembled and moved. In 2008, a decision was made to reassemble the house at its original location. The hotel includes a museum devoted to the French fishermen and a French-inspired restaurant, L’Abri:
