Laugardalslaug swimming pools has two of the biggest pools in Iceland. One is inside and fulfills the requirements for an Olympic sized competition pool. The area also has many hot tubs with different temperatures, one warm seawater pool and a very cold one too. It also has a family pool and a very shallow pool next to the shallow area of the huge pool. The biggest pool and the sauna are wheelchair accessible.
There is also a volleyball court and an outdoor workout area.
The area Laugardalur has running tracks, a gym next to the pool and there is also a hostel and a campsite next to the pool.
Free entrance for holders of the Reykjavík City Card.
