Bertel Thorvaldsen – 250th Anniversary / Anniversary Celebration and SymposiumThe National Gallery of Iceland, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture, will host a symposium honoring the sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen to mark his 250th anniversary. The symposium will be held at the National Gallery of Iceland, located at Fríkirkjuvegur 7, Thursday, November 19th at 10 am.
