Sundhöll Reykjavíkur aka Sundhöllinn opened in 1937 and is the oldest public pool in Iceland and the only public pool in downtown Reykjavik. In 2017 they opened an outdoor pool too. With the new pool, they added more hot tubs and another ice bath. The area is wheelchair accessible and there are areas for kids too.
The indoor pool is very deep and has two trampolines at different heights. The famous architect Guðjón Samúelsson is the creator of the original building.
