The Settlement center Borgarnes

The Settlement Center in Borgarnes, west Iceland is a museum dedicated to exhibit how life was during the settlement. There you’ll find historical shows, events, a restaurant and an ever changing exhibition.

The Settlement Center is located in the two oldest houses in Borgarnes with a lovely view over the mountains and ocean. The Center consists of three buildings, the warehouse, the merchant house and the reception hall.
