On 1st of May, the international Labor day, Halldór Árni opens his 3. exhibition of paintings in Gallery Litla Gallery in Strandgata.
Halldor studied Graphic design and Art at the National Arts and Craft school 1982-6. He has had numerous solo and group exhibitions through the years, and has been teaching fine art painting for over 30 years.
The theme of the exhibition in Litla Gallery derives from the 1. of Mai agenda. It displays portraits of older hard workers, but also memorable faces of the Town of Hafnarfjordur, as the artist remembers them. Not only Union people, but good and honest people, living or past.
Exhibition opening will be on Wednesday, May 1st, 18:00-21:00 and everyone is welcome!
