Sigurjón Ólafsson Museum

The Gallery of Sigurjón Ólafsson contains a permanent exhibition of the artist’s collective work. It is also the center for studies of the work and life of Sigurjón Ólafsson.

The artist’s wife, Birgitta Spur spearheaded the making of the gallery/museum with many of Sigurjón’s sculptures and drawings. The gallery is now under the umbrella of the national gallery of Iceland.
