Reykjavík Maritime Museum

Reykjavik Maritime Museum

The Reykjavík Maritime Museum, located in an old fish freezing plant, opened its doors in June 2005. Located in the old harbor, the surroundings already sets the tone for this wonderful maritime museum.

Outside the museum, the old Coast Guard Vessel Óðinn is permanently moored and one can board the vessel in one of the guided tours the museum offers.
