Anne Herzog

Anne Herzog (1984) is a French artist and art educator working in the media of painting, drawing, photography, filming and performances. She has received a MFA from Sorbonne university in cinema, and a MFA from the University of Iceland in education. She has held both Solo exhibitions and taken part in group exhibitions all around the world, in different places such as New York, Paris, Reykjavik, Ólafsvík and Trinidad and Tobago, as well as in various galleries and museums around France and Iceland.
In the exhibition, Herzog ́s works feature paintings and drawings she did around Snæfelsjokull recently. For two decades, she has been returning to Snæfellsjökull, engaging with the mountain in her whole range of visual media. She exposes drawings she did in a hotel in Gufuskálar in 2019 in Snæfellsnes.
Exhibition opens at 5 p.m. on 9th of February.
